We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it.

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 18 business days. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to International holidays.

This means that some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors and may cause delays in shipping.  Therefore, the estimated shipping time should be used as a guide only, and specific shipping dates cannot be confirmed.

Returns

The BUZ BUYS family want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, we’re so sorry! 

Any item can be returned if it is within 30 days of purchase. We assess each return enquiry on a case by case basis and will offer a refund on faulty/damaged items.
We offer free returns if the product is deemed faulty. Please ensure to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number to be eligible for a refund. 


If you suspect a fault you are required to contact customer care via our Contact Us page to address the nature  Please reference your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you with this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure you meet the return requirements before initiating a return.
